This site is owned and operated by Christina Wiley Enterprises. Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. At Christina Wiley Enterprises, we want to make your experience online satisfying and safe.

Because we gather certain types of information about our users, we feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.

The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Christina Wiley Enterprises web site. On some pages, you can order products and services, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive and respond to inquiries from forms submitted on our web sites. You can register with our web site if you would like to receive our newsletter, updates on our new products and services, enroll in coaching programs and receive additional information. Such addresses are used to follow up with potential clients, current clients and subscribers, but are not shared with outside parties.

Our site users can choose to electronically forward a link, page, or documents to someone else by clicking "e-mail this to a friend". The user must provide their email address, as well as that of the recipient. This information is used only in the case of transmission errors and, of course, to let the recipient know who sent the email. The information is not used for any other purpose.

We will offer a free electronic newsletter to users. Christina Wiley Enterprises gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter that points users to the subscription management page. Users can also subscribe to the newsletters at the time of registration. Users can also unsubscribe at any time by logging into their account and updating their preferences.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our web site and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our web site, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we will not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Christina Wiley Enterprises tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. Christina Wiley Enterprises does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's browser and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).

Christina Wiley Enterprises sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms that users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Christina Wiley Enterprises uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above). Our advertising system delivers a one-time cookie to better track ad impressions and click rates. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you've set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. We will never sell, rent or disclose your information to third parties except as described above or when necessary to aid in a legal investigation or as required by legal warrant or law enforcement officials or when there is a belief that a danger to life or property exists.

Christina Wiley Enterprises operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our clients.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. Consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Act of 1998 (COPPA), we never knowingly collect or maintain information at our web site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our web site is structured to attract anyone under 13.
